You can view the Winter (April – Sept 26) Timetable here  with nearly 80 classes a week on offer with classes each day of the week. Classes are held in the morning, lunchtimes and in the evening. 

All of our classes are 50 minutes long. The doors to the studio will open 10 minutes before class starts. 

How do I register for classes at Hello Sunshine Studio? 

You’ll find a button at the top of the page that says ‘Register at Hello Sunshine Studio’. Clicking this will take you to a page to sign up for a Mindbody account – the app that we use for all our class bookings at the studio. If you already have a MindBody account you can log in with this. All classes must be booked using MindBody – book below or download the App on GooglePlay or Apple Store. Once you have created your login then search for Hello Sunshine Studio. Once you’ve done that you will be able to book in for a class.

If a class is showing as full you can add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot becomes available you will automatically be added to the class, so please check! If you no longer want to be on the waitlist you will need to cancel your waitlist. 

Please note the timetable may be subject to change. Cancelling a class is an absolute last resort for us and means all other avenues have been exhausted! The instructor taking the class may change but this will be updated online prior to class.

We are always adding to our timetable – if there is a time and class you would like to have scheduled please let us know and we will do what we can. 

The studio is open for classes seven days a week (closed on public holidays). We are open over the Christmas/New Year fortnight with a reduced morning timetable. 

*Please note an introductory session is a required before attending group reformer classes. If you have experience with reformer pilates within the past two years you are welcome to book straight into a class(es) without needing the Introductory Session. An introductory session is not required for any floor classes however if you would like an introductory session we can certainly do this – email us for details.
